Sometimes we receive goods which are just hazardous. In the following picture you can see a european power supply for a Super Nintendo and the isolation of the 220 Volt power cable is missing. The blank cables are shining through and of course it would be (at least) very painful to touch that cable. It is always hard to believe, that there sellers outside who don’t care about such things and I don’t dare to imagine what would happen, if a small kid touches this cable.
This was the title of an auction and the auction description - although it was quite short with 5 lines of text - sounded fair enough to buy this set. A few interesting games like Asteroids and Berzerk were also included, overall a fair deal. I thought. But as the following pictures will show, the term “mint condition” is far far away from the real condition. Trash would be more adequate … (more…)
